Apparently there are 88 people in this community. I'm looking to get to know some other Camosun-ers, as Camosun is about to be a big part of my life. I went straight from high school into the workforce... after ten years, I decided to go back and get a degree.

Anyway... just a bit bored, waiting for school to start. What about you guys?

Hello everybody.

I don't want to maintain this community anymore. Would anyone here like to take it over?

Hi Camosun people!

I'm posting this for my husband who starts tomorrow at Interurban. Does anyone know if Quarter 1 classes start first thing in the morning on Monday or later in the day? I thought I saw something about CAMfest in the morning and classes starting at noon, but I don't want to be wrong. We already checked the website and can't phone in on a Sunday to ask. Thanks!

Hi,  I work with a very small painting and decorating company that is in desperate need of painters! (some experience prefered)   It's $14 to start, more depending on experince.  Full time or part time, work is available through out the year, not just the summer.  The three employees are very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed.

Room for Rent June 1st (Shared Accomodation) [May. 7th, 2007|02:34 pm]

roomie_wanted
Hello! :D We're looking for a roommate to share our 4BR house in Victoria (Swan Lake area, near Town and Country Shopping Centre).

The house itself has a huge deck and yard, fireplace, hardwood living room floor, large kitchen, carpeted bedrooms/hallways and two bathrooms (one on each floor). It's on the corner of Darwin Avenue and Saanich Road; up the street from the Galloping Goose, and just a short walk to Thrifty's, Fairways, Save-On-Foods, Boston Pizza, Liquor Plus, Blockbuster, Wal-Mart (Town and Country Shopping Centre), and Mayfair Mall. The #26 UVIC bus stops right outside and we're also minutes from bus routes that go directly downtown (#30,31) and to the ferries (#70,75)... GRRREAT location!!

The available room is on the second floor - it's got a closet, two windows and a loft for storage or hanging out. This is also the only bedroom with a patio. Rent is $385 each + hydro/shaw, hot water is free/included. There is no lease so you can stay for a month or a year, it's up to you.

We're all very friendly and easy-going so give us a call or email (up above where it says "reply to") and come check it out!!

Dave, Lochlan, John & Julie (250) 217-7166

(x-posted by Julie who is sad to go..but excited for school!!)

Quick question!
I've seen the tax flyers around campus and apparently tomorrow is the last day offered.
Is it a good service? and how does it work? O.o;;
